We are a frontier dessert lab researching the safe development of advanced custard. Our flans are trained to be helpful, harmless, and structurally wobbly. We believe set should be set responsibly.

Every recipe ships with a version number and a full changelog, because a flan you cannot reproduce is not a flan. It is an anecdote.
